Polycarbonate plastic welding rod is used when welding polycarbonate (PC) plastic.

Polycarbonate is a rigid plastic that can be found on some older model bumper covers. It is also used in John Deere tractor hoods and panels, as well as headlamp lenses.

This welding rod can be used with an airless plastic welder (temperature control recommended), hot air plastic welder, or nitrogen plastic welder. Each welding rod measures 12 inches (30 cm) in length.
