The XPress 1000 SC Full Set from Wieländer+Schill is a modular high-pressure riveting system designed for professional collision repair and structural panel replacement. Engineered for modern vehicle construction, the system provides the controlled force required for installing and removing self-piercing rivets (SPR), blind rivets (BR), blind rivet nuts (BRN), flow form rivets (FFR), Solid Rivets (SR) and other structural fasteners commonly used in aluminum and mixed-material body assemblies. 

Powered by the XPress 1000 SC PowerPack, the unit uses a pneumatically-hydraulic pressure intensifier capable of generating up to 1000 bar hydraulic pressure from an 8-bar air supply. The system incorporates Smart Control technology that allows the tool to rapidly approach the workpiece without force before applying full setting pressure, ensuring accurate tool positioning and consistent rivet installation during OEM-approved structural repairs.
