Mini-Ductor Essential Coil Kit | MD99-660

The Essential Coil Kit (MD99-660) is a collection of essential coils for your Mini-Ductor® induction heater. The kit enables you to heat and release seized nuts, bolts and other metallic hardware from corrosion and thread lock compounds. The Essential Coil Kit is a collection of our most-used smaller diameter coils and are manufactured in an assortment of lengths and sizes to fit a variety of applications.

Benefits:

• Each coil lasts for several hundred uses or more subject to use – avoiding abrasion and overheating prevents premature wear to the coil
• Coil insulation is coated to resist abrasion but, if insulation is breached, a new coil will need to be used
• The coils are all flexible and can be bent or separated for a variety of applications
• To use around corners or buried deep near plastic or rubber, simply bend to your desired configuration

• Two 7/8″ pre-formed coils (MD99-601: 5″L x 1.25″W)
• Two 3/4″ pre-formed coils (MD99-611: 4.5″L x 1.25″W)
• One 7/8″ long pre-formed coil (MD99-605: 9.5″L x 1.25″W)
• One 1″ pre-formed coil (MD99-610: 8.25″L x 1.75″W)
• One 7/8″ long pre-formed coil (LCK) (MD99-621: 13.25″L x 1.25″W)
• One 1″ long pre-formed coil (MD99-622: 13.25″L x 1.75″W)
