Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Titanium Tools and Equipment's online site.  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We only ship to Canadian addresses.  

Order Processing Time

We put a lot of effort into shipping your orders out as soon as they are received. In stock orders that are placed before 12 pm on a business day usually ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will go out the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  You will be notified throughout the journey of your order from the moment it ships to when it is delivered. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order or if it is not in stock, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options. You will be asked to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Expedited shipping only applies to items 6 lbs and below. Free shipping only applies to non-skidded items. For Expedited shipping on items weighing more than 6 lbs, please email us at sales@titanium22.ca or call us at 1-647-494-9696.

Shipping Security & Protection

At Titanium Tools and Equipment, we prioritize the security of your investment. To ensure your order arrives safely and is protected against theft, all shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. We take these extra steps so you can have total peace of mind that your gear will end up in your hands, not someone else's.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Please also note that we need an address to ship to, because we DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes.
