What is Titanium Tools and Equipment Inc.?
Titanium Tools & Equipment Inc. is a Canadian collision-repair tools and equipment supplier (est. 2013 by industry veteran Matthew Bannister). We specialize in equipment for OEM-certified repair, selling quality brands and backing them with training and support. Our focus is on collision repair tools (frame machines, spot welders, MIG welders, rivet guns, dent pullers, etc.) from reputable brands; they also provide training and repair services on everything they sell.
What products and brands do you offer?
They carry a comprehensive range of collision repair tools and accessories – spot and MIG welders, frame/bench systems, air tools, cutting tools, drilling tools, dent-pulling equipment, paint stands, vehicle lifts, glass removal kits, and more. Key brands include Celette (alignment/straightening systems), Wielander+Schill, Pro Spot, Miracle System (steel & aluminum repair kits and Miracle Glue), Dent Fix, Induction Innovations (induction heaters), WRD (auto glass tools), DJS Fabrications, Shinano air tools, and many others.
Orders
How do I place an order, and what are the lead times?
Orders can be placed directly online. In-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day typically ship out the same day; orders after noon ship the next business day (no shipping on weekends/holidays). You will receive shipment notifications and tracking by email. If an item is back-ordered or delayed, We will contact you by phone or email. If you need to cancel an order, you have up to 2 hours after placing it to cancel at no charge; cancellations after that incur a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
Do you sell refurbished or custom equipment?
Yes, in addition to new products, we offer a limited selection of refurbished/pre-owned equipment. Refurbished equipment sold by us carries a standard six-month warranty. Some used listings may be sold directly by customers (with contact info), so no warranty from us. (For special/custom solutions, customers are encouraged to contact sales directly; most products are standard offerings.)
What warranties apply to your products?
New products come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty (typically 1 year, depending on the item). (Product pages often list specific warranty details, e.g. 1 year on attachments, 2 years on power units, etc.) In addition, as noted above, refurbished equipment sold by Titanium Tools and Equipment carries a 6-month warranty. The Preventive Maintenance Contract offered for spot welders even adds an extra month of warranty coverage on serviced parts. For details on a particular item’s warranty, refer to its product description or contact support.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Purchase Orders (POs) are also accepted for approved groups. These options are available at checkout.
Product Availability & Sourcing
Do you carry products that are not listed on your website?
Yes. Our website only shows a portion of what we can supply. We have access to the full product catalogs of all our existing suppliers, even if specific items are not yet listed online.
If you’re looking for something you don’t see, contact us; we usually can source it quickly.
Can you source specific items from your Suppliers?
Absolutely! If you know the part number or have a picture, we can supply any item available from our current suppliers, even if it’s not on our website.
Our team can also help identify the correct tool or equivalent if you’re unsure.
Can you recommend alternatives or equivalent tools?
Yes. If a product is unavailable or not listed, we can recommend equivalent or better-performing alternatives from our supplier network.
We regularly help shops match OEM requirements or find cost-effective options.
Do you work with suppliers not listed on your website?
Yes. In addition to the brands shown online, we work with many additional suppliers and manufacturers that are not yet listed on our website.
If you’re looking for a specific brand or product, reach out, as we likely have access to it or can source it for you.
Why isn’t every product listed on your website?
We are continuously expanding our website, but due to the size of our supplier catalogs, not every product is listed yet.
Our goal is to make ordering easier online, while still providing direct sourcing support for anything not shown.
Shipping & Returns
What are the shipping options, costs, and delivery times?
We ship only to Canadian addresses only (no P.O. boxes). For non-palette orders of $200 and above, standard ground shipping (2–5 business days) is free. For orders under $200, standard shipping costs $25. Expedited shipping options are available: 1–2 business days for $30 (orders $200 and above) or CA$55 (orders below $200), and overnight shipping (1 business day) for CA$70 (orders $200 and above) or CA$85 (orders below $200). (Expedited and overnight shipping by default applies to packages less 6 lbs; for heavier items requiring faster delivery, customers should contact sales or email before checkout.) Important: We will email you tracking updates. Note that we are not responsible for carrier delays.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
We will accept free returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items (i.e. not as a “change of mind”). Other returns will incur a restocking fee. If you receive the wrong product or a defect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery (via sales@titanium22.ca or 647-494-9696). Returned items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Shipping the return is the customer’s responsibility (prepaid and insured). Upon receipt, the item will be inspected and, if approved, replaced or refunded (to your original payment method). Sale/clearance items are final sale (no returns) and original shipping fees (to the customer) are non-refundable.
Which items are non-returnable?
Consumables and used items cannot be returned. Specifically, cutting tools and consumables (e.g. drill bits, saw blades, hole punches, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Used or demo equipment is also not eligible for refund or replacement. It’s the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure these items suit their needs before buying.

What if my equipment needs servicing or parts?
We emphasizes strong customer support after purchase. We stock many spare parts and even provide loaner equipment if your tool needs repair, to minimize downtime. We also offer maintenance plans (for example, a spot welder maintenance contract) that include priority support and extended warranty coverage.
