Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is defective or different from the one you ordered. If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us at sales@titanium22.ca or 1-647-494-9696 within 30 days of receiving the item with details of the product and the defect. For self-serve returns, visit; https://account.titanium22.ca. Only items in the same condition as was received can be returned. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Please note all sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Shipping charges are also non-refundable.

    2. Exceptions 

      Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: Any cutting instrument like drill bits, saw blades, milling bits, hole punches etc. It is the purchasers responsibility to verify they are purchasing the right tool for their application. Used equipment will not be refunded or replaced.

            4. Refunds

              Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping and handling.

                5. Damages and issues

                  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for verbal orders. For accuracy, please endeavour to place your orders online.

                  6. Cancelled Orders

                  Orders can only be cancelled within 2hrs of when they are placed. All orders cancelled within 2hrs of when they are placed will be cancelled at no charge and orders cancelled later are subject to 15% restocking fees plus shipping fees.
