The welding wire on the D-200 plastic roller is made of copper-silicon alloy with a low melting point for TIG or MIG welding of galvanized steel sheets in bodywork. The corrosion protection of galvanized surfaces is largely retained.

As a rule, it is not necessary to preheat the base material. Do not keep the weld pool too wide. Pay attention to low heat input, with MIG welding in the short arc/pulse process, and with TIG welding, bring in as much weld metal as possible.

Base materials - Galvanized steel sheets and copper-silicon and copper-manganese alloys of the same type.
