Product Description:

The Dent Fix MAXI 110V (DF-505/110V) is a single-phase steel dent pulling station designed for everyday collision repair work where 220V power isn’t available. It combines multiple pulling and shrinking functions into one compact unit, allowing technicians to weld attachments, pull damage, and restore panel shape efficiently.

In real shop workflows, this unit is used for repairing rocker panels, door skins, creases, hail damage, and hard-to-access areas. It builds on traditional stud welder functionality by offering multiple pulling methods and metal shrinking, making it a practical solution for Canadian collision repair shops and professional shop environments focused on speed and consistency.

Key Features:

  • 110V single-phase operation, ideal for shops without 220V access
  • Multi-function capability: weld pins, keys, rods, and wiggle wire
  • Supports slide hammer and leverage pulling directly from welded attachments
  • Built-in shrinking function for correcting stretched steel panels
  • Complete kit includes rods, electrodes, claws, and consumables
  • Designed for use on a standard 20-amp circuit for easy integration

Kit Includes:

The Maxi 110 volt unit, two light pulling rods, two slide hammer rods with strike weight, leverage puller, stud pin electrode, shrinking electrode, wiggle wire weld tip, a nine and four finger Bear Claw, sample weld keys, 1 pound of wiggle wire, 21 feet of power cable, and nine feet of welding cable. Designed for use with a 20 amp breaker.
