The Induction Innovations Master Coil Kit is a comprehensive accessory package designed for use with Mini-Ductor® and Inductor® Series induction heating tools. The kit includes the complete range of 30 professional induction heating coils, allowing technicians to quickly heat and release seized fasteners, bearings, and metal components affected by corrosion or thread-locking compounds.
With multiple coil sizes, long-reach coils, thin-wall coils, and flexible Bearing Buddy® coils, this kit provides the versatility required for automotive, collision repair, and heavy mechanical service. The flexible coils can be bent or shaped to reach tight spaces where torches are unsafe or impractical, delivering controlled, flameless heat to metal components without damaging surrounding materials.
Benefits:
- Each coil lasts for several hundred uses or more, subject to use. Avoiding abrasion and overheating prevents premature wear to the coil.
- Coil insulation is coated to resist abrasion but, if insulation is breached, a new coil will need to be used.
- The coils are all flexible and can be bent or separated for a variety of applications.
- To use around corners or buried deep near plastic or rubber, simply bend to your desired configuration.
