A quick straightening workstation for outer skin damages of passenger cars. This includes fenders, side panels, sills as well as minor repairs of damage to front and rear side members. Repairs can be done efficiently by simply driving over, lifting and anchoring.
The pulling unit, equipped with 10t pulling force, can be connected directly to the X-Trac and can be lifted together with the vehicle and platform to provide the user with a convenient working position.
The X-Trac can also be equipped and extended with an adapter kit for the NAJA electronic measuring system, which allows measurements as well as computer-aided repair work. -
X-TRACK PLATFORM DOUBLE ENTRY LIFTING BENCH
For fast lifting of the vehicle without ramps. A double-ended bench means you can pull from both ends( XT14.1820.6). The vehicle is lifted by placing the black rubber pads (LX02.LEV.04) between the bench and the vehicle. Once lifted, the vehicle is lowered onto the wheel stands (VEG.0506T), creating enough room to install the sill clamps (X110.0400). The vehicle is then lifted from the sill clamps. It comes with a lateral pulling device (XT14.0614) to attach the puller to the side of the bench.

X-TRAC NORDIC DOUBLE ENTRY LIFTING BENCH
For fast lifting of the vehicle with ramps.
There are two advantages to ramps.
◆ First, ramps help low vehicles clear the bench.
◆ Second, after driving the vehicle onto the bench, you place the adjustable pucks (LX02.0602) under the rockers. As the bench lifts, the ramps lower, releasing the front suspension, allowing you to remove the wheels and access the wheel well for fast bumper removal.
A double-ended bench means you can pull from both ends ( XT14.1520.6). The vehicle is lifted by the wheels in its road-going condition, which is better for panel replacement. Once lifted, the ramps between the wheel can be removed and the sill clamps (X110.0400) installed.
Comes with a lateral pulling device (XT14.0614) to attach the puller to the side of the bench (XT14.0614).

For fast lifting of the vehicle by the wheels without ramps (XT14.3820). This kit offers a unique way of releasing (X110.0601) and re-installing (LX02.0606) the wheels. Comes with a lateral pulling device (XT14.0614) to attach the puller to the side of the bench.
